Privacy and cookies
Effective from 30 September 2026
This page explains what personal data tesqora.com collects, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have. We have kept it as short and clear as we can.
Who is responsible for the data
Tesqora is a project in the making. Until the company Sentrihold EOOD is registered, the data controller is Emil Toshev, Vratsa, Bulgaria. Contact: hello@tesqora.com.
The demo on this site
The text and files you put into the demo are processed only in your browser. They are not sent to us or to any other server and they are not stored. They are gone once you close the page.
The pilot form
If you fill in the form we receive:
- your name, company and email;
- your phone number if you gave one;
- the approximate number of orders a day and the text of your message.
Why: only to reply to you and arrange a conversation about the pilot.
Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
How long: up to 12 months from our last contact if we do not start working together. After that the data is deleted. If we sign a contract the data is kept for as long as the contract and the law require.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising or add you to a newsletter.
Who else sees it
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site, receives the submitted form and stores it. Any transfer of data outside the EU takes place under Cloudflare's data processing agreement, which includes the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
- Google (Gmail): the notification about a new request and emails to hello@tesqora.com arrive in a Gmail mailbox.
Cloudflare also processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the page and protect it from abuse.
Cookies
The public site does not use cookies, visitor analytics or advertising pixels. Fonts and all other files are served from our own server without outside services.
The workspace for warehouses in the pilot (/app) uses one strictly necessary cookie, __Host-tq, only to keep you logged in. It is used for nothing else, it is deleted when you log out or after 7 days at the latest and it needs no consent because login cannot work without it.
The workspace for warehouses
The catalog, orders and log of a warehouse in the pilot are stored in a Cloudflare database located in the European Union. Each warehouse sees only its own data. For this data the warehouse is the controller and we are the processor under a data processing agreement signed before the first file. Order matching in the workspace runs in the staff member's browser.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a copy in a machine-readable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting what has already been done. Write to us at hello@tesqora.com and we will reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have been breached you can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection, www.cpdp.bg, or to the data protection authority in your country.

If we change this text we will update the date at the top of the page.
